- Remove prop, drain gear lube, and remove outdrive
- Check engine alignment
- Torque gimbal ring clamp bolts
- Grease coupler splines
- Grease universal joints
- Disassemble drive and lube shift detents. Assemble outdrive
- Pressure test drive to 15psi
- Grease shift linkage
- Blow out speedometer passage.
- Install outdrive
- Fill drive with mercury hi performance gear lube. Grease propshaft and install prop
- Change engine oil and filter
- Change fuel separator
- Remove sea pump and replace impeller.
- Install sea pump.
- Start engine on hose and check for proper operation.
- Grease buddy bearings
- Fill tires to specified psi.
- Grease trailer tongue.
- Grease trailer jack
